Met some LEJOG folk brother and sister as we headed to Shap doing it over 21 days

The Shap interesting hill just constant climbing for 15k what’s not to love 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣🚴🏻‍♂️😰 and we reached 500miles at that point so to blast it was fun. Karl came 115th on Stravas top 5000 so he’s inspiring us oldies but even he was aching all over today and we couldn’t get the clothing right. Cold one minute hot the next. Sorry I’m not on here much this week I know my kids will say he’s never of it but really this is gruelling and tough but 4 down 3 to go. Big push tomorrow as we learn each day what each other wants or needs. Thanks for posting about the team it really helps them. Feel free to motivate them with likes and good humour night all up at 6am again porridge and toast before leaving at 7 they don’t half rub me for taking an extra 10mins sleep 🤫🌈🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🌈🧡
