Training update: Week ending Sunday 18th March.
A very busy period for the team this week out of the saddle. A lot of the teams time has been taken up with the build up to the fantastic concert held last night. Colin is still out of action for the time being resting up after his shoulder surgery and Jason headed back to work in Saudi Arabia.
This week the team collectively cycled a total of 128 miles according to strava.
Top of this weeks leader board was Karel Dolak with 79 miles followed by Alan Munro with 49 miles.
With the concert done and dusted there will be a big increase in training as the start date of LEJOG draws even closer
